  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang properti diutamakan sebagai assisten GM atau koordinator proyek minimal 2 tahun.
  • Memahami manajemen proyek (Teknik dan Administrasi)
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Karawaci, Tangerang.
  • Memiliki motivasi menjadi pemimpin.







Job Description

- The Sales and Marketing Manager observe the market, competitors, and industry trends to continuously develop and refine sales and marketing strategy
- creating engaging advertisements and promotional literature including managing a broad scope of digital marketing campaigns covering several channels including social media, web, app, email and SMS;
- developing pricing strategies, and
- Planning, budgeting and coordinating open houses or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales

The main responsibility in sales include:
- To motivate agents to close sales;
- Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
- After training, managers set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve. These goals are tracked through sales meetings that are conducted by the manager. During the meeting, sales managers discuss whether or not the sales team, as a whole, is meeting goals. If the goals are not met, sales managers offer advice and motivation. Sales managers may offer incentives and reward teams that reach their goals.
- Besides supervising sales agents, manager also perform human resources duties, such as conducting interviews, hiring new staff and transferring or dismissing seasoned staff.
- Manager also prepare employee payroll, budget and inventory reports.
- Manager maintain relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
- Although manager don’t always act as sales agents themselves, manager will meet with clients who need specialized attention or who are experiencing a difficult situation. Manager also assist sales agents who need guidance with client meetings and communication.


Requirements

  • A Bachelor
  • 4-8 years
  • Experience in management may be advantageous.
  • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • The ability to work under pressure.







Job Description

  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Minimum diploma degree (D3) in any mayor
  • Minimum 3 year experience in sales, preferably in property & Developer company, automotive, insurance an banking
  • Can work towards target
  • Can work towards target Fluent In English (spoken an d written)
  • Willing to work hard
  • Good Communcation and presentation skills
  • Be honest, responsible, have initiative, want to learn and develop
